It always tell me halfway in the download that it's "unable to download patch files [] [] [], unable to download patch files [30413][25008][10009]. I tried that already, but if I want to do that I need to go to local files, I can't run with admin trough steam, and when I do that it says my accounts is expired for that plataform, even tough it isn't.

Run Steam as admin, and any game it launches will also be run as admin. You only need to do this for the patch process. Afterwards you can close out and re-run normally. I was getting the same error and still do on patch days but if I connect to a VPN it fixes the problem every time.
